We find dealing directly with insurance companies for payment interferes with the proper type of relationship we strive to have with you, our patient. Our primary concern is always your dental and general health.
Your insurance company is more interested in their own bottom line and dealing with them directly interferes with our ability to focus on health instead of finances, which is why we restrict our dealings with your insurance provider beyond assisting you with the submission of electronic claims.
We do however respect your coverage, and will make every effort to help you get reimbursed for as much as possible, and as quickly as possible. To that end, we will submit electronic claims to your insurance company on your behalf, and aid in any other paperwork that may need to be completed.
