Fees & Payment
Please note that dental fees are due / payable upon treatment. All dental fees are the direct responsibility of the patient. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Interac. Any questions you may have regarding any policy, service, or fees are welcome and will be answered openly and honestly.
Dental Coverage
Pensak Houghton Dentistry is committed to excellence in dental care, and we stand firm in our belief that decisions made regarding your dental health should be educated, informed choices entered into as an ongoing partnership between patient and doctor.
We find dealing directly with insurance companies for payment interferes with the proper type of relationship we strive to have with you, our patient. Our primary concern is always your dental and general health.
Submitting Claims
Your insurance company is more interested in their own bottom line and dealing with them directly interferes with our ability to focus on health instead of finances, which is why we restrict our dealings with your insurance provider beyond assisting you with the submission of electronic claims.
We do however respect your coverage, and will make every effort to help you get reimbursed for as much as possible, and as quickly as possible. To that end, we will submit electronic claims to your insurance company on your behalf, and aid in any other paperwork that may need to be completed.
